How this site makes money

Right now it doesn't: there are no ads and no affiliate links on Yuletide Markets yet.

When that changes, this page will list each program before its links go live. The plan is:

• Hotel and tour links. Some market pages may show nearby hotels or tours through booking partners. If you book through those links, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Those links will be labeled and marked as sponsored.
• Ads. Later, standard in-page ads. We don't use pop-ups, pop-unders or full-screen interstitial ads, and we won't.

What money never buys here: a listing, a better position in a list, or different dates. Markets can't pay to be included, and every date comes from the organizer's own published schedule.
